If the [car] battery loses its charge, the trunk and gas cap cannot be opened...
– Doh. I guess I shouldn’t have disconnected the battery then closed the trunk (which is where the battery is). Thank goodness for google.

Tripit
I first heard of Tripit when they launched a couple years back, but though people raved about it, I didn’t really see the need. I had my own system for tagging all of the emails related to a trip in my gmail, as well as manually entering things into iCal, and for the handful of times I travel each year, that worked fine for me. Well, I finally started using Tripit a few weeks ago, and boy...

If you’re not familiar with Blippy, it’s basically a...

Getting Fit
bryc3:
I didn’t start off 2009 with a goal to lose weight or get to any certain fitness level, I just wanted to feel better. I didn’t set out with a plan or weight target but with a new year as a starting point and a commitment to staying open to where I could go with my fitness. Several people have asked me how I did it so I wanted to share a few things I did for those looking to improve their...
A "fancy" chair
Everyone is reblogging Chris Dixon’s list of “Things startups do and don’t need”. It’s a good list, and I agree with most of the items, though many really depend on the team, the product, and what city they are in.
One thing I disagree with is the lack of need for “fancy (aeron) chairs”. Maybe they aren’t a need per se, but I sit on my butt for 10+...
