The Perfect Pair - Plymouth Gin & Q Tonic.
Gin & Tonics are a summer staple in our house, and this is one of the best combinations of the two that I’ve ever tasted. I had read about Q Tonic on blogs and in magazines, but seeing it on Foodzie reminded me to give it a try, and I’m glad I did!
Q is pricey, but if you see it at a store or on a menu, and you’re feeling flush, it’s well worth it. It’s less sweet than your usual tonic water, and has a pure, crisp, flavor that makes my old standard of Schweppes taste like sugar water. I won’t turn down your well gin and Safeway Select tonic (well, I might,…), but this is truly delicious.
