Hops and Chops moves to Spitfire (2219 4th Ave) in Seattle
Linda’s will always be one of my all-time favorite bars, and I would like nothing more than to never leave Capitol Hill, but this move is long overdue.
Hopefully, it means that we get to run into Jonathan, Mike, Darrin, and the rest of the Picnik team more often too.
This led to a lengthy Hops and Chops debate about where our migration would lead us — @daryn ended it with “What about Jonathan Sposato’s Spitfire?” — perfect — owned by the co-founder of Picnik, willing to reserve us a table, and a nice central location.So, change your calendars — Hops and Chops will now be convening weekly at Spitfire in Belltown!
