Yikes. We use Amazon’s Flexible Payments Service for accepting credit card payments. This afternoon, transactions starting failing, and after little digging around, I found that the SSL certificate for fps.amazonaws.com expired earlier today. Unfortunately, their java client library attempts to validate the certificate, which of course is no longer valid, and all hell breaks loose. Hopefully they fix it soon, I’m losing TENS of dollars :)
