How to Properly Use the Semicolon

I find that a lot of programmers use semi-colons incorrectly; in many programming languages, a semi-colon represents the end of a statement.

Just as a footnote to my earlier post about the semi-colon, here’s a pretty good guide to using one. (And yes, the post seems to have a few other grammatical mistakes, including a split infinitive in the title, but dig deep, it’s got the facts right.)
