Sad news today from our favorite local cooking school.
We took a handful of classes at Culinary Communion over the past several years, and they were always the perfect combination of fun and learning. Unfortunately, they’ve had a lot of challenges along the way, from moving and build-out costs, to permitting and liquor licenses, and the recent downturn in business combined with some bad luck, was too much for them. Gabriel’s a good guy, and I hope they come out of this heartbreak on top.
If you’re in Seattle and are in the need for any kitchen supplies, or even a few bottles of wine, stop by the CC House this Saturday, and help them liquidate so that they can pay their debts and refund tuitions.
