I feel like I’ve got a pretty good grasp on the Seattle food scene, so I was stunned when I heard that the chef from a restaurant I had never heard of, over in West Seattle, was named one of Food & Wine magazine’s Best New Chefs for 2009.
We’re going to check Spring Hill out for Brooke’s birthday, which will quite possibly be our last nice dinner out pre-child. Too bad I have to keep the cocktails and wine to myself!
